Nothing is a problem for Andy; he has a solution for everything and is happy to share his opinion with you. He gets involved in many parts of the business and is a big pusher of technology to make the job easier.
Andy is a diesel mechanic and has spent many years overseas as a training instructor, dealer development consultant and mining performance consultant. His TRL role started with a focus on branch operations, but he now manages training and fleet solutions. He also runs our apprentice recruitment and retention programme. These are two critical areas as we need to develop the very best people for our business and offer our customers innovative solutions to manage their fleet.
