Dean is very much out of the Gore mold- a can do attitude with a friendly and positive approach to any issue. He leads a top team who have a great reputation for being able to get any truck back on the road.

He is a whiz on a laptop and a spreadsheet and when not at work he has a young baby on the way and has been known to chase little white balls around the surrounding local golf courses.
